I visit Walgreens Store #04744 at 1301 Airline Rd in Corpus Christi, Texas, at 3:41 pm on 6-22-23. I am so impressed with the three associates at the store. Dolores always goes out of her way to assist me with a smile on her face. She always has a happy face and no fear in asking her any questions about the items I’m looking for or on sale; she goes beyond her duties to ensure that I walk out of the store a happy and satisfied customer. She makes sure that I find everything that I’m looking for. Reyes works at the register, and what a wonderful person to have behind the counter, again another person with a wonderful personality, friendly and smiling at all times. He greets the customers as they walk in and thanks them for shopping at Walgreen. CJ was another associate who assisted me and told me of some sales in the area where he was stocking. He was very polite and had wonderful manners; he assisted me with kindness and a smile. When he and Reyes worked the register, a smile on his face made a customer walk out the door, pleased with how well they were treated inside the store. MY SURVEY #0474-4212-660 PASSWORD 39230-6210-326. What extraordinary employees Walgreens has, and hopefully, with my comment, will be acknowledged and given the recognition they deserve. Next time I go, I will ask them if they were recognized for a well-done job! So Walgreens, do your JOB! Most comments you read are usually negative, but these are positive and with kudos to Jianing, one of your store’s exceptional Emerging Store Managers. I had the great fortune of visiting store #02292, at 1001 SW 2nd Avenue, Boca Raton, Florida, for a unique photo print. Of course, being Boomer, I had yet to learn how to scan from my phone, crop, and ensure the photo was perfect. Thank goodness we met Jianing, who knew what to do. At best, a job that would have taken me thirty minutes took Jianing thirty seconds. He was personable, professional and proficient. He should no longer have the tag “emerging” in front of the word Manager. And he should be promoted to, at least, manager. Thank you, Jianing, for the beautiful work and the excellent treatment.

Store #4577 has to be the BEST location. It is always clean, has excellent customer service, and is the perfect place. I mainly love this location because of the staff. Each individual has become like family, with great attitudes and they don’t mind helping you around the store.
I am delighted with my services from Walgreens pharmacy, They are really helpful and called me to check on me when I started taking a new medication, and when I’m leaving my appointment and need to stop at Walgreens to pick up my medication, they make sure It’s ready for me when I get there, I’m delighted.
The pharmacist was very kind and helpful, and the cashier in the front was very kind.
Kim at the Deer Park store told me about the deal on ice mountain water. I only had 1 12 12-pack of water, so she returned and got me another. She said they are 2 for 6.00. It would have been more challenging for me to carry them. I appreciate the kindness and excellent customer service.

Lena is a fantastic pharmacist. Your systems were down, and she was forced to turn away patients for vaccinations. She never lost her cool and remained professional throughout every encounter. She helped me with an Rx that was sent to the wrong store, and I was able to pick it up at the Deerfield location. She is an asset to your organization. You need more employees like her!
He is a young man, very focused and diligent with the COVID-19 vaccine procedure, confirming the appointment. His demeanour was polite and flowing. While attending us, a lady interrupted him, demanding to know if there were more personnel to accompany her. The young man politely replied.
I visited your Appleton, WI store on S Oneida today and received tremendous service from your staff. In particular, Rachel and Angie were accommodating even though the pharmacy was extremely busy. They both helped all the customers there while my husband and I were there waiting for our vaccines. You need to recognize and appreciate staff like this more. They are a treasure!

Before I went to Walgreens, I used a different pharmacy. There was usually one problem or another: days promised for prescriptions and not filled on the date promised. Sometimes, I wait on hold for 20 minutes or so and then wait to speak to a pharmacist. Walgreens is the antithesis of all other pharmacies I have used. Their staff is helpful, knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions. The pharmacist is always prepared to answer questions about drug side effects and can recommend the countermedications.
It is quick to fill prescriptions and a great place to get all the current vaccines.
I have just returned to Walgreens after several years of going elsewhere. I left Walgreens near me (not you) due to the rudeness of the personnel. I am 92 years old and grew up using Walgreens, so bringing a customer once more feels like going home. I found the personal very friendly and helpful.

I went to pick up my prescription, which was ready, at #07525 Maple Canyon, Columbus, Ohio. There was a lady at the counter waiting to be helped. After at least 10 minutes, she was not able to use the card on file to pay. As I was standing there, a man came in and stood across from me. The lady had walked away. The man walked up to the consultation counter. I thought I was going to be called up to the counter. I told him to get back and that I was following. Instead, he was waited on. The pharmacist said he had been out in the drive-thru. So he lost his turn there; why would he be waited on before me? Ok, so I waited another ten or so minutes. It took me just minutes to get my refill. People who are in the store should be serviced first. It is just a courtesy.
The Drive-thru window had a long line. Recent hip surgery left this 76-year-old hobbling into the store! picked up sundries etc. The cashier smiled (dang, I forgot her name) and bagged my purchases. With that, my darn cane knocked over a big display!! She smiled and said not a problem, and other employees scooped it all up in a minute! Red-faced. I hobbled out of the pharmacy!
I had an excellent visit at Walgreens in Clovis (on Shaw and Villa). The Cashier who helped me was courteous and knowledgeable. I will go back there and recommend it to my friends and family.
It’s the only pharmacy I’ve used in over 40 years. My prescriptions are always accurate and filled promptly with easy pick-up at the drive-thru.
Today, the pharmacist was very helpful with a new medication. The Woodbridge, NJ, location has a very competent Pharmacy Dept. overall. The atmosphere in the store is always pleasant. But there was a bit of an issue after Halloween – it looked like a cyclone blew through the candy aisle!! Lol

Walgreens pharmacy in Rock Island is where I’ve been going recently for medicine, and I love it. It is constructive. The pharmacist is also able to help with providing the medication information to look up and know when an allergy could happen.
